A well-known Czech start-up, made famous by the YouTube documentary “Millions or Bankruptcy,” sells products that enhance endorphin production in the body. After achieving success in the Czech and Slovak markets, the company decided to expand to Germany. And what kind of expansion would it be if they didn’t sell on Amazon? 🙂

An initial analysis of the potential of their products on the German Amazon showed that it would be best to begin selling on Amazon not with the product that made the brand famous (HOT BEE sauce), but with dried chili. This assessment was also supported by the packaging of the chili, which makes it a perfect gift for chili enthusiasts.

In order to start selling on Amazon as soon as possible, we decided that HOT BEE would ship the products directly from its own warehouse rather than using the Amazon warehouse. This decision was also based on the fact that HOT BEE wants to test sales on Amazon as a way to gauge the foreign market potential for their products, and being able to stop selling at any time without having to cancel the German VAT number.
